MANILA, Philippines – Parts of Luzon will experience moderate to occasional heavy rain due to Tropical Depression Nando on Sunday, September 24.
In a bulletin issued 4 pm on Saturday, September 23, state weather bureau PAGASA said Nando will bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms to Zambales and Bataan.
Moderate to occasional heavy rain is predicted in these areas.
Meanwhile, light to moderate rain is expected in Metro Manila, Central Luzon, and the provinces of Mindoro and Palawan.
The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds will blow from southeast in northern Luzon, and southwest to south in the Western section of Luzon, causing moderate to rough seas.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds from southwest to south, bringing slight to moderate coastal waters.
